Gerade bei den Blechteilen waren einige Kanten defomiert. Gleiches gilt f\u00fcr den \u00f6lverschmutzten Kaltentfetter und die \u00fcbriggebliebenen Betriebsmittel der Maschine selbst.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die Zahnstange erstrahlt wieder in neuem Glanz. Etwas 320er Schleifpapier und anschlie\u00dfend \u00d6l zum Konservieren hat sichtlich gewirkt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2284\" src=\"http:\/\/cnc.a-ueberbach.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3212-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"349\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cnc.a-ueberbach.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3212-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cnc.a-ueberbach.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3212-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Ultraschallbad<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr die vielen verschmutzen Kleinteile haben wir einen Emmi 30 HC Ultraschallreiniger mit 200W starkem Schallerzeuger angeschafft. Vor allem bei Gewindeg\u00e4ngen wirkt das Wunder. Das klappt an vielen Stellen sehr gut und l\u00e4sst sich auch gut in engen Ecken anwenden. Damit der Lack auch lange Spa\u00df bringt, wurde in 3 Schichten lackiert. Als n\u00e4chstes stehen an:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sandstrahlen des Schlosskastens.<\/strong><br \/>\nIm inneren hatte sich einiges an Rost gebildet &#8211; vermutlich ist durch eine Undichtigkeit K\u00fchlschmierstoff eingedrungen und hat sich beim Brechen der Emulsion als Wasser am Boden abgesetzt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abbeizen \/ Lackieren<\/strong><br \/>\nNeben ein paar Blechteilen kommt als n\u00e4chstes der Maschinenk\u00f6rper an die Reihe. Beginnen werden wir bei den <span class=\"explanatory-dictionary-highlight\" data-definition=\"explanatory-dictionary-definition-14\">KSS<\/span> und Hydraulik\u00f6ltanks. Gerade die Rostspuren in letzterem geben mir aktuell einige R\u00e4tsel auf. Eventuell ist auch hier <span class=\"explanatory-dictionary-highlight\" data-definition=\"explanatory-dictionary-definition-14\">KSS<\/span> eingedrungen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zerlegen des Antriebsmotors<\/strong><br \/>\nZumindest teilweise wollen wir den Motor zerlegen und au\u00dfen sowie innen (L\u00fcfterrad, etc.) reinigen. Die Lagerung scheint noch in Ordnung zu sein. Hat ja auch ausreichend &#8220;Flug\u00f6l&#8221; abbekommen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ersetzen der Hydraulik R\u00fccklaufleitungen<\/strong><br \/>\nDie alten Schl\u00e4uche sind ziemlich schmutzig und teils starr.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modernisierung der Elektrik<\/strong><br \/>\nSchraubsicherungen und fehlende Aderh\u00fclsen, das sind wohl die gr\u00f6\u00dften Baustellen. Au\u00dferdem muss die Anzeige der Glasma\u00dfst\u00e4be repariert werden &#8211; einer der Kan\u00e4le wird nicht angezeigt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maschinenlampe<\/strong><br \/>\nLeider war die original Maschinenlampe nicht mit dabei. Macht aber nichts &#8211; so k\u00f6nnen wir gleich auf LED umr\u00fcsten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maschinenf\u00fc\u00dfe<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00fc\u00dfe wurden vom alten Besitzer freundlicherweise mitgegeben, jedoch waren diese bisher nur lose untergelegt. Um die Standsicherheit zu verbessern wollen wir Hutmuttern auf M16 oder M20 Schrauben aufdrehen und die Maschine so auf den Maschinenf\u00fc\u00dfen lagern.<\/li>\n<li>Ach ja, und nat\u00fcrlich am Ende noch der Zusammenbau der Maschine mit all ihren Teilen&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Zwischenfazit<\/h2>\n<p>Aus &#8220;Wir lackieren die Maschine mal neu und gut ist&#8221; wurde im Endeffekt doch eine vollwertige General\u00fcberholung. Angesichts des g\u00fcnstigen Kaufpreises ist das aber gut investierte Zeit sowie Geld.
